The Mold Center of our Group companies is equipped with the Has VF2 and VF4 Processing Centers of the USA, Has SL-40 Lathe Work Centers, and possess a set of CC10 slow wire-moving cutting machine, 3sets of quick wire-moving cutting machines, electric pulse of Beijing Aqi Mondo 30, SF210 types etc. It enjoys a mold-designing and manufacturing team with over 20engineering technical personnel and 2 senior engineers. they have adopted such advanced 3-dimensional manufacture-designing software as UG, Cimatron and Pro/E and have accumulated practical and theoretical knowledge for the designing and processing of plastic mold, cold-punching mold and rubber mold. This has provided a technical guarantee for the development of new products and the designing and processing of the mold.
